If you want to return your order you must tell us within 5 days (beginning on the day you receive the goods), and you then have 3 days to return the items. Please ensure anything returned must be in the condition you received it and unworn or a refund/store credit will not be processed. Please note, before refunds can take place, a thorough inspection will take place. In the very unlikely event of a piece damaged by us, please contact us via the contact form the day you receive your item. Any complaints regarding the damage will not be taken into account unless the complaint is put through on the day you receive your item.
